Accommodation, conference fee, and arrival information
While the conference fee of €500 will cover meals, coffee breaks, and the conference activities, participants should arrange on their own for their lodging.

Accommodation
IUC Dormitory
The Dormitory (CAAS Residence) is conveniently located on the third floor of the Postgraduate Center of Dubrovnik (PSD). This facility is at the same address as the Inter-University Center, where the conference will take place, offering a seamless and convenient experience.
Accommodation Options (per night):
- Single Rooms: €70
- Double Rooms: €61 per person
plus local taxes.
Buffet breakfast is included.
Facilities:
All rooms are air-conditioned and include free internet access.
The Atrium coffee shop on the ground floor offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It also serves as the venue for welcome and farewell receptions and coffee breaks during the school.
The Dormitory is just a short walk from Dubrovnik’s Old City (Pile Gate), making it an ideal location to combine your academic participation with exploration of the city’s historic charm.

Samostan Dubrovnik (Dubrovnik Monastery)
This location is 50 meters from the IUC building and 200 meters from old town city centre.
Accommodation Options (per night):
- Single Rooms: €58
- Double Rooms: €48 per person
plus local taxes.
Breakfast is NOT included.
Facilities:
All our rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, wifi, air condition and a small fridge. On each floor there is a common small kitchen at disposal of the visitors. A garden is also available for relaxing and reading.

Dubrovnik Student Center (Sveučilište u Dubrovniku)
The student center Akademis is located at Marka Marojice 2b, 20000 Dubrovnik, around 2Km from the IUC building and the old town city centre.
Accommodation Options (per night):
- Single use: €74
- Double room: €46 per person
plus local tax
Breakfast is included in the price.
Reservations can be arranged by writing to akademis@scdu.hr for accommodation under the reservation holder Mr. Balog’s name.
Conference fee

- The conference fee is 500 € for regular participants and 0 € for students, covering agency costs, congress materials, participation in all congress sessions, certificate of attendance, welcome drink, lunches, coffee and refreshments during breaks and gala dinner. For accompanying persons, the conference fee is 250 €.
